Our products

We sell physical keepsake books with fixed, pre-printed pages that you fill in yourself. Colours and finishes may vary very slightly from how they appear on screen.

Orders & payment

All prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. An order is confirmed once payment is complete and you receive a confirmation email.

Delivery

[Confirm] We post within the UK. Estimated timescales are shown at checkout and in our FAQ; these are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns & cancellations

[Confirm] Under UK consumer law you may cancel an unused, non-personalised order within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Personalised items may be exempt. To start a return, email hello@chaptersofyou.example.

Memories & uploads

Every keepsake includes access to a private memories area where you can upload videos, photos and voice notes and link them to QR codes. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to share that content — including images of any children — and that you have the consent of those featured or hold parental responsibility for them.

You must not upload anything unlawful, harmful or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove content or suspend access if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms or the law, or if we receive a valid report. Each book includes a storage allowance, shown in your account.

We aim to keep your memories available for the long term on a best-efforts basis, and will give reasonable notice of any material change to the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
